The hotel offers both a fine dining and a brasserie restaurant and they are consistently popular with residents, day spar visitors as well as tourists and locals. The kitchen team also manage weddings, banquets and room service too so they are always busy.
It is essential that you have rosette experience and passion to create simple but exceptional food from the best local ingredients.
Chef has a solid Michelin star background so there is plenty of opportunity to learn new skills and to develop your career further with a Head Chef who believes passionately in training.
Key requirements are attitude, fresh food experience, preferably a rosette background and the ability to work as part of a team.
