This fine dining restaurant operates an a la carte menu serving the best of the local produce using the most modern techniques available, all set within incredible surroundings. With Michelin backgrounds the team have built and designed a modern creative menu and are now seeking a Commis who can come and join the team. A passion or interest in Pastry would be advantageous although attitude is key. This is a very calm kitchen that achieves great things through organization and a measured approach so a positive personality is essential.
