After returning from maternity leave in 2009 we saw the impact of changes to market conditions brought on by the recession. A fundamental change was the fall in the standards and the quality of service being provided by agencies with the onus being placed on quantity rather than skills and quality. This was against our ethics and principles.
We felt that our employer was not alone in adopting this approach and therefore decided that the only way to work to the standards we believed our clients and candidates deserved was to open our own organisation. This has allowed us to show our commitment and dedication to our clients and to operate to the standards we feel are required in this specialist market.
